What is Ascension Martial Arts?
Ascension Martial Arts is about rising to your next level. By working body, mind, and spirit together, we can find new ways of living and enjoying life. We train primarily in Shaolin kung fu, with seasoning from a few other martial arts.
Why do we do what we do?
