  • 20 squats
  • 20 pushups
  • 20 wrestler situps
  • 20 leg lifts
  • 20 ring rows
  • Shaolin 16 hands
  • Shaolin 16 kicks
  • Horse stance for 30 seconds
  • Bo stance for 15 seconds each side
  • Straight leg kick waist high (5x)
  • 2 rounds of 1 on 1 sparring

  • Horse stance for 45 seconds
  • Bo stance for 30 seconds each side
  • Straight leg kick chest high (5x)
  • Touch toes for 10 seconds
  • 2 rounds of 1 on 1 sparring
  • 1 round of 2 on 1 sparring
