Welcome to Ascension Martial Arts, where we train to rise to our next level. Classes are small, instruction is detailed, we work hard, and we have fun. We welcome all genders and all bodies – come as you are!
We train primarily in Shaolin kung fu with influences from additional styles. For some, training in martial arts is a matter of self defense. For others, it is a way to stay in shape that is meaningful and fun. Some of the many benefits of martial arts training include:
